The Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) gives you the right to request access to records held by our company. Our PAIA Manual, available below, sets out the records we hold, how to request access to them, and the process we follow once a request is received.

To request access to a record, complete Form 2 – Request for Access to Record and submit it to our Information Officer at the details below. Please attach proof of identity, and where you are making a request on behalf of someone else, proof of your authorisation to do so.

Once we receive your request, we will respond in writing using Form 3 – Outcome of Request and of Fees Payable, confirming whether access is granted and setting out any fees payable in terms of the Act.
