Description of clients’ residence, business and assets
Other necessary information to provide clients and beneficiaries with an accurate analysis of their Value-Added Products and Service’s needs

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you or your insurer for one of the following reasons:

We also receive information from your Insurer/Broker to provide you with emergency/value-added assistance services.

Your information is stored securely in a cloud environment with role-based security. We retain your data for the contract duration plus five years. It is then disposed of according to our Data Destruction Policy.
